Jan 20, 2026  (Bernama) -- Oxford, Cambridge and Merriam-Webster each picked a different Word of the Year for 2025, but all reflect anxieties about digital life: algorithms that reward outrage, one-sided bonds with influencers and chatbots, and mass-produced low-quality content that is harder to trust.
